The flowers of Senna auriculata are grouped in terminal or axillary corymbose racemes.
The flowers are 5-merous.
The calyx is composed of 5 concave sepals, 0.8-1.3 cm long and 0.5-0.8 cm wide. The inner ones are bigger than the outer ones. The calyx is light green and yellow-coloured and glabrous.
The corolla is composed of 5 bright yellow-coloured and glabrous petals. The petals are clawed, oblong-elliptic, 2-3 cm long and 1.2-1.5 cm wide.
The androecium is composed of 10 stamens.
The style is 1 cm long and the stigma is simple.
The ovary is stipitate, falcate and 1-1.5 cm long.
