Eugenia roxburghii has white flowers in axillary cymes. These cymes are 1 or 2-flowered. The flowers are pedicelled (pedicels about 5 mm long) with 2 persistent bracteoles (1 mm long) at the top of the pedicel. There are 2 villous bracts (2 mm long) at the inflorescence base.
The calyx is tubular and hairy. The tubular portion is globular, about 2 mm long and the lobes of the calyx are 4, oblong and obtuse, persistent and 3 to 4 mm long.
The corolla is composed of 4 white, glandular, ovate-orbicular and 6-7 mm long petals. The back is hairy and the margin ciliate. These petals are early deciduous.
The stamens are numerous, free, erect or incurved and attached to a circular disk at the bottom of the calyx lobes. The filaments are 5 mm long. The ovary is globose, 1-2 mm across, 2-celled with several ovules in each cell. The style is 6-7 mm long with a simple stigma.
The buds are globose, cream and light green coloured and about 5 mm across.
