The leaves of Psydrax dicoccos grow opposite on the stem .
The leaf is simple, glossy and dark green coloured above and paler beneath. The leaf is coriaceous and glabrous on both sides (some minute hairs on the margins and on the midrib beneath).
The leaves have a 1 cm long petiole with a pair of filiform stipules at the axil of the stalk.
The leaf of Psydrax dicoccos is 6-10 cm long and 4-5 cm wide. The shape of the blade is ovate-elliptic, the apex is acuminate, the base is rounded-attenuate and the margins are entire.
The venation of the leaf is pinnate with a prominent midrib.
